About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and driven eCommerce Creative Designer (Video & Graphic) to join our creative marketing team in Cheltenham. You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting, scroll-stopping content across video and static formats for social media, paid ads, website, and email campaigns.
This is a creative execution role, perfect for someone who understands eCommerce, social-first design, and how to blend aesthetics with performance. From UGC-style video edits to Meta ads to website banners, and email graphics — all tailored to a fast-moving eCommerce environment.
You’ll work closely with our creative strategists and marketing team to bring creative briefs to life. The ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver polished work consistently is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form videos for paid ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more
- Design static graphics for social media, email campaigns, and web banners
- Schedule organic posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and YouTube tools
- Bring creative briefs to life with polished, brand-aligned design and video content
- Repurpose UGC and influencer content into high-performing ad creatives
- Collaborate with our creative strategist on weekly paid ad campaigns
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards
- Maintain and organise design files and marketing assets
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or digital content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, eCommerce ads, and brand content
- Confident using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar)
- Clear understanding of what makes content perform in an eCommerce and social-first context
- Experience editing and designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and email platforms
- Rapid, reliable, and responsive — thrives in a high-paced, feedback-driven environment
- Proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Bonus: experience working on pet, lifestyle, fashion, or DTC brands
