We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Case Managers & Case Management Associates to support the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that relocating ADF members and their families have a seamless relocation experience.
* Manage complex relocation scenarios and provide timely and accurate updates on relocation progress to clients and stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain relationships with relocating ADF members and their families to ensure they receive superior customer service.
* Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements to ensure benefits and entitlements align with policy and client key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
* Support the relocation process by coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
* Manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records of relocation activities and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong caseworker or related experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
