Account Manager Job Description
This role involves representing the commercial point of contact for customers and ensuring their satisfaction by upselling and renewing contracts.
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Australia.
* Analyze and understand customer IT projects to provide expert Odoo sales support.
* Identify potential future sales opportunities and increase customers' use of the solution.
* Demonstrate new products and features to end-users and negotiate contract renewals.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for software products. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with fluency in English and up to 3 years of experience in IT/sales.
