Assistant Store Manager - Repco Rockhampton - Full Time
Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise daily store operations. Support and develop your team to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers.
Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.
Coach and develop team members; live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
Safety leadership; always provide the safest work environment for themselves, team members and customers.
Open and close responsibilities as required.
About The Role
Work closely with the Store Manager in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.
Available to work Sunday to Thursday.
Coach and develop team members.

Prioritize safety and maintain a safe work environment for all.
Occasionally perform opening and closing tasks.
About You
Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
Strong leadership work ethic.
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks to available skill sets.
Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
Ideally have mechanical or automotive parts knowledge.
Flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s license.
Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
Prioritise safety.
Note: This role may require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving.
