Job Description Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content, the Communications Manager plays a key role in shaping and delivering client-facing communications that strengthen Healthcare Australia’s brand and support business growth. In this role, you’ll lead the development of engaging digital content across email marketing, website copy, and paid media, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all HCA brands. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, HR, and other stakeholders to deliver communications that resonate with clients and support the broader 1HCA vision. Key aspects of the role include: Developing and executing client-focused communications strategies across digital channels Creating compelling content for email campaigns, websites, blogs, landing pages, and advertising Designing and delivering email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, cross-selling, and client loyalty Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints Supporting occasional internal communications such as company updates and organisational announcements Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to optimise communications effectiveness Let’s talk about you You’re a confident and skilled communicator with a strong digital mindset and a passion for creating content that connects.
