Senior Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our human resources function, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to business leaders across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. You will be able to interpret and apply industrial agreements, provide expert advice to management and employees, and drive the recruitment and selection process.
You will also be responsible for managing employee contracts, overseeing the onboarding process, and guiding managers through performance management processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new and review existing people-related policies, procedures, practices, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
