About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team at Blaze Cabinets in Sumner, Queensland. As a full-time Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture for residential and commercial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable and growing company in the Cabinet Making industry.
What you'll be doing
* Interpret design specifications to create custom cabinet and furniture pieces
* Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and tools to measure, cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker or an apprentice
* Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, machinery, and safety protocols
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and technical drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
