Staff 360 is seeking two experienced Farm Machinery Operators for all-round duties on a progressive broadacre farming operation near Inverell, NSW. This role would suit two mates looking to work together, with immediate start available. Key duties include: Air seeder operation during seeding programs Kelly chaining, chisel ploughing and deep ripping Ground preparation and clearing Self-propelled boom spraying (where experienced) Operating modern John Deere tractors and machinery General farm work including machinery and property maintenance, earthworks and repairs About you: Proven experience operating modern broadacre farm machinery Strong tractor experience essential; seeding and spraying experience highly regarded Comfortable working across a variety of duties as required Practical, reliable and safety-focused Able to work independently and as part of a small on-farm team What’s on offer: Immediate start Above-award hourly wages Accommodation supplied Well-maintained, modern John Deere machinery Roles typically run 3 to 6 months, with ongoing work available for the right operators Applications Please apply by clicking “Apply Now” and following the prompts to upload your resume.
