Responsibilities include receiving and processing inbound supplier deliveries against delivery notes using SAP. Ensuring accurate checks for condition, quantity, and accuracy. Escalating any issues to the Buyer Team. Adhering to all Work Instructions and Process Documents for audit compliance and accuracy.
You will accurately and safely store stock away in Store racking and picking bin locations. Process receipt of faulty and repaired serialized parts using Metrix. Informing relevant internal departments of incoming goods. Ensuring proper documentation completion.
Key tasks involve processing stock, project, and engineer orders/requisitions/material requests in a timely and accurate manner. Maintaining accurate stock records through regular stock checking and perpetual inventory counting. Collaborating with the Stores Controller to resolve discrepancies.
The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and numerical skills. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS) computer systems, such as SAP and Metrix, is essential. Previous experience in stores/warehouse environments and current Forklift Truck license are also required.
