Job Title: Senior Financial Consultant

Overview:

Our team is looking for a seasoned financial consultant with extensive experience in implementing and supporting financial systems. As a senior financial consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our financial management solution with customers through product and implementation expertise.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with customer's project team to design, configure and deploy their functional requirements.
* Become an expert in our financial management product suite.
* Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
* Work with the client to help convert legacy data into our system.
* Assist the integration consulting team to configure and test integrations between our system and third-party/custom solutions.
* Understand our Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
* Help mentor new consultants.
* Ensure the client takes advantage of our best practices.
* Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production.
* Completing and maintaining product expertise and certification along with familiarity with our roadmap.
* Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.

Requirements:

* 6+ years implementing Financial, and/or Expense Management ERP solutions as either a consultant or customer.
* Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
* Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting.
* Passion for customer service.
* Validated project management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
* Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
* Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
* Bachelor degree or relevant experience required.
* Our system expertise.
* The ability to acquire, hold, and maintain a security clearance to the required level.
* Flexibility in work arrangements.
