We are seeking a highly skilled Subdivision and Development Engineer to drive quality outcomes for the community.

This role involves assessing and determining development and subdivision applications under the Local Government Act, supporting certifying responsibilities through inspections and evaluations, and promoting a customer-focused approach that enhances outcomes for both the community and stakeholders.

* Assess and manage the development of new subdivisions and built form developments by providing professional engineering advice.
* Conduct development and/or subdivision assessments and inspections having regard to Council's role as Principal Certifier.
* Provide advice to developers and staff and manage customer requests.
* Qualifications in engineering with subdivision and development experience.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of planning and legislative frameworks governing engineering design, construction, and certification.
