Project Manager Role
Overview
* Lead multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
* Guide clients through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation to enhance financial processes and optimize operations.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Translate business needs into D365 F&O configurations and customizations.
* Oversee functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing their expectations.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues along with developing mitigation and contingency plans.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects.
* Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and risk management.
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience working with C-level executives and managing stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects.
* Experience in waterfall methodology or other project management methods.
* Advanced skills in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite, and a background in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations consulting.
* Good understanding of essential Project Management competencies.
