About MIS
My Independent School (MIS) is an inclusive learning community nurturing young people to flourish and be their authentic selves. With MIS venturing into its 7th year and with our first year 12 graduates we are seeking an experienced teacher aide to join our growing team.
To achieve the best outcomes for every learner in our school, bringing our vision to life, we need your help and request expressions of interest to work with us.

You are:

* Capable and can assist in the design and document an education program that meaningfully delivers the curriculum in a differentiated (personalised) way.
* Intellectually, socially and emotionally switched on with high levels of emotional literacy and reflective capacity.
* A critical thinker, problem solver and doer.
* Well balanced with the ability to be a strong team player who is also self-motivated.
* Eager to learn and grow as a practitioner. You are always driven to be better.
* A certified Teacher Aide (or hold relevant experience)
* Current blue card and first aide certificate
