Drive payroll excellence. Lead change. Make a real difference. We are working exclusively to recruit a Payroll Manager to take ownership of an end to end payroll function and lead exciting system and process improvements.
As the Payroll Manager, you will:
* Manage the full payroll cycle for 800+ employees.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages, benefits, and deductions.
* Maintain compliance with legislation, awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
* Lead payroll audits and improve governance.
* Deliver monthly payroll reporting and insights to the Executive Team.
* Drive system improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies.
* Oversee payroll reconciliations and work closely with Finance and HR.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Payroll Lead.
* Provide guidance to managers across the organisation on payroll processes.

* Strong experience managing payroll in a medium organisation.
* Ability to interpret and apply complex awards and Enterprise Agreements.

* Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
