SWT is looking for a Product Developer to turn our in house designs into highly executed styles delivered to our customers. You’ll work closely with Design, Suppliers, and Supply Chain to keep our product pipeline moving with precision.
The Role
Own the monthly development and fitting process, making sure each style is delivered on schedule and meets design and quality standards
Maintain precise, up-to-date system data to keep development milestones and critical paths running smoothly
Collaborate closely with the Design team to help meet margin expectations and support quality product
Review and manage tech packs, resolve fit feedback, and guide styles through the full lifecycle from initial concept to production
Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
Support quality outcomes through accurate specs, measurements, and detailed follow-up after fit sessions
Align timelines, raw material need to sample delivery schedules
What Success Looks Like
Tech packs and samples are processed weekly with accuracy, speed, and margin targets in mind
Fit feedback is shared within diligently to keep development moving efficiently
You’re a proactive, solutions-driven contributor to a collaborative, high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
A qualification in Design, Pattern Making, or Grading (preferred), or equivalent experience in product development
Solid knowledge of tech packs, garment construction, specs, and pattern/grade fundamentals
Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator), Excel, Gerber, Clo3d and relevant industry tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
