St Michael's Lutheran Primary School, Hahndorf, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ELC Director to work with us as we establish our brand new Early Learning Centre in Hahndorf. The position will begin in August 2025, ahead of the anticipated opening of the ELC in early 2026.
St Michael's Lutheran Primary School is an inclusive, dynamic primary school located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in the village of Hahndorf. We are a faith-filled community excited to broaden our educational offerings through the establishment of an Early Learning Centre.
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Early Learning for an ongoing permanent position in our new Early Learning Centre, set to open early in 2026.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Principal prior to the ELC opening to develop pedagogy, policies, secure enrolments, develop processes, and set up the environment for learning to commence in early 2026.
The role involves key responsibilities including staff selection, culture development, and establishing learning pedagogy. This is a unique opportunity to create an engaging, safe, and inspiring learning environment from the ground up.
