ANNA'S is an Australian women's wellness brand dedicated to helping women feel informed, supported and empowered through every stage of life. We create educational content around menstrual cycles, perimenopause, menopause, hormone health, skincare and wellbeing while maintaining a strong commitment to evidence‐based information and regulatory compliance.

We're looking for a creative, organised and highly motivated Content Lead to take ownership of our content ecosystem and help grow ANNA'S into a leading voice in women's health and wellness.

The Role

As Content Lead, you will own the planning, creation and execution of content across ANNA'S social media channels, website and marketing campaigns.

This is a hands‐on role for someone who loves creating content, is confident both behind and in front of the camera, understands what makes content perform, and has their finger on the pulse of trends within the wellness, skincare and women's health industries.

You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with them to bring the content strategy to life, ensuring ANNA'S continues to educate, inspire and engage our community across every customer touchpoint.

This role is based at our Sunshine Coast Hinterland office and involves regular content creation, filming, product shoots and campaign production.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage ANNA'S social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
* Plan and execute content aligned with business objectives and content pillars.
* Develop content that drives engagement, community growth and brand awareness.
* Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends and emerging content opportunities.
* Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Creation & Production

* Act as the primary content creator for ANNA'S, capturing content across product launches, events, photoshoots, podcasts and day‐to‐day brand activities.
* Film, edit and produce engaging short‐form and long‐form content for social media and digital channels.
* Confidently appear on camera when required and direct others during content creation.
* Create educational, lifestyle and product‐focused content that aligns with the ANNA'S brand.
* Develop content concepts, storyboards and creative briefs.
* Create social assets, presentations and marketing materials using Canva.
* Ensure all content is consistent with ANNA'S visual identity and brand guidelines.

Campaigns & Photoshoots

* Coordinate and support lifestyle, campaign, product and studio photoshoots.
* Work closely with photographers, videographers, creators and external agencies.
* Coordinate content creators, influencers and UGC contributors to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
* Maximise content captured from shoots across multiple channels and campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop annual content pillars, campaign themes and content strategies.
* Manage the content calendar across social media, website, email, podcasts and marketing campaigns.
* Identify opportunities based on customer insights, seasonal moments, product launches and industry trends.
* Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and compliance requirements.

Website & Content Creation

* Coordinate website content updates and product content requirements.
* Support content creation for new product launches and campaigns.
* Work with the marketing team to ensure appropriate content is available for paid advertising, email marketing and website initiatives.
* Ensure content remains consistent across all customer touchpoints.

About You:

* 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media, content marketing or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
* Proven ability to identify social media trends and translate them into content that aligns with a brand.
* Confident filming, editing and producing content for social media.
* Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
* Proficiency in Canva and a strong eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.
* Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience using content scheduling and project management tools.

Highly Desirable:

* Experience within wellness, skincare, beauty, health or women's health industries.
* Experience working in or creating content for global or multi‐market brands, with an understanding of how content and messaging may need to be adapted across different regions and audiences.
* Understanding of Australian advertising and health claim regulations.
* Experience working with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors.
* Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar marketing platforms.
