The Role
Purpose of the role
Enhancing business efficiency helps everyone do their work better and faster. As the Operations Administrative Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that improves processes across all areas of the business, from operational efficiency to organisational culture and performance. Your role involves organising yourself and supporting the documentation and setup of our current systems, with a keen eye for detail. You will be pivotal in facilitating business optimisation and promoting data-driven decision making.
Team
You will report to the Senior Operations Specialist and support various departments including finance, IT, administration, talent acquisition, HR, and consultancy. Close collaboration with these teams ensures smooth operations. The Head of Operations will also provide oversight and guidance.
