We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Port Lincoln Multi-Channel Branch on a full‐time basis!
What is a Multi‐Channel Branch?
* Between 9:30 – 1 pm: Our retail branch services customers face‐to‐face with their everyday banking needs, enquiries & transactions.
* After 1 pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

Your team will support customers face‐to‐face in branch and over the phone, while you coach them to offer a range of lending, deposit and wealth‐management products and services to both new and existing customers.
