We're looking for a Business Support Officer to help keep our day‐to‐day work running smoothly, while also supporting the business through an exciting period of growth and expansion into new markets. This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting internal operations, people and systems so our teams can deliver confidently while the business scales. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐moving environment, can prioritise effectively, and enjoys leaning in to support evolving needs.

Role Summary
In this role you'll support core business operations and work with experienced professionals who bring diverse, real‐world experience to every engagement. You'll find everyday tasks are varied, and your contributions help make sure our people and projects stay organised and effective. The role requires approximately 16 hours per week, based in our Braddon (Canberra ACT) office. Working days will be agreed during the interview process, with flexibility available.
Examples of some of the responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
* Provide business and administrative support across governance, commercial, operations, systems and tools.
* Support business development activities, including bid coordination and proposal responses.
* Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, expenses and timesheet reconciliation.
* Coordinate onboarding, recruitment support and internal people processes.
* Maintain records, reporting tools and compliance documentation.
* Conduct research and data analysis to support operational performance and decision‐making.
* Support internal and external communications.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of new projects.
* Provide flexible support to leadership and delivery teams as priorities evolve.
Qualifications and Skills
