About the engagement:
Green Light is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to join our WA consulting team. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting with IT-related queries.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service to end users during all communications, including initial contact.
* Detect and record incidents/service requests following the Service Desk Script and Call Logging procedures.
* Provide 1st/2nd level support for reported incidents and service requests.
* Attempt to resolve all incidents and requests within ten minutes using technical knowledge, knowledge base articles, procedures, and scripted questions.
* Escalate incidents and requests to 2nd level resolver groups or third-party providers as appropriate.
* Maintain ongoing contact with end users to manage expectations and requirements until resolution.
* Meet contractual service level targets for all incidents and requests.
* Close incidents and requests upon resolution following defined processes.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar.
* Minimum two years' experience in IT support and performance analysis roles.
* Current knowledge of computer hardware and software.
* Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 on desktops and laptops.
* Onsite point of contact for issues related to desktops, peripherals, Windows 10, AD, network devices, printers, IP phones, software, Office 365, Android, and iOS devices.
* Proficiency with CRM and task management software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and time management abilities.
