School Crossing Supervisor – Casual – Tamworth Local Government Area

Responsibilities
• Become a Road Safety Hero held in high esteem in the community and vital to the safety of children, parents, teachers, and local motorists.
• Act as a familiar face around schools, touching the lives of countless families.
• Provide relief at sites in the Tamworth Local Government Area on shifts that may fall between the school zone hours 8:00–9:30 AM and 2:30–4:00 PM, with a minimum one‐hour shift as required Monday to Friday during the school term.
• Receive hourly pay and superannuation.
Qualifications
About you
• Community minded, reliable, and willing to show up for your community in all weather conditions.
• Effective in communication and alert to potential dangers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at appointment. All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital; assistance will be provided if not already obtained.
