This is a vital role where you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the department's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Offering comprehensive administrative support, including managing requests and supporting specialist teams.
* Preparing a variety of materials, such as presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
* Handling day-to-day financial and purchasing tasks, including processing invoices and managing supplies.
