Job DescriptionBuilding effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents through the delivery of outstanding customer service, whether over the phone, email or face-to-faceUse the hotel systems to process and input group reservations in an accurate and efficient mannerMaintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and ratesProduce and distribute rooming lists and confirmations as required and maintain regular communication with clientsUndertake all group reservation tasks such as actioning releases and loading rooming lists for multiple propertiesUtilising your strong relationship and administrative skills, you will collaborate with other departments to build and maintain partnerships with our existing and potential clients to drive resultsQualificationsThe ideal candidate is highly organised and possesses exceptional time management and communication skills.
