Job Description
As a Property Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the efficient management and utilization of Council's property and land portfolio. This includes ensuring that all Council owned or leased-in property and land is managed in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, and strategic plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years of experience: In property and facility management, property leasing and licensing or a related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to participate in specialized discussions to resolve issues, including explaining policy to the public and/or others and reconciling different points of view.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to solve problems that require assessment of a range of options having elements of complexity in reaching decisions and making recommendations.
* Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
* Interpersonal Skills: High level interpersonal skills, especially written and verbal communication, with experience working with and managing confidential and sensitive information.
