The role suits a 2‐4 PAE litigation lawyer who is smart, driven, sensible and down to earth, values high‐quality work, and thrives in a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
* Work with disputes partners on a range of high‐profile matters.
* Defend several major ACCC proceedings (cartel and consumer law claims) and other commercial disputes.
* Handle private competition and consumer claims and ASIC investigations.
Qualifications
* Strong academic transcript.
* Solid professional experience in litigation at Federal Court and NSW Supreme Court.
* Experience in regulatory litigation or competition and consumer law is ideal but not essential.
