About Our Ventilation Engineering Role

A 8 days on, 6 days off roster provides you with a regular rhythm – focused work periods followed by extended time at home.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct regular inspections, monitoring and testing of underground workplaces with experienced personnel who'll share their knowledge
* Develop expertise in the effective use of the Ventilation on Demand (VoD) system
* Utilise advanced planning software with comprehensive training provided
* Lead improvement projects – we genuinely want to hear your ideas and observations
* Build your skills with underground environmental hygiene checks and surveys for temperature, gas, dust, air flows and other contaminants – we'll provide the training and mentorship
As a Ventilation Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our success while growing your expertise.
A strong foundation in mine ventilation is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt.
You'll lead improvement projects and apply your problem-solving skills to real-world challenges, with guidance from experienced engineers.
Ventsim experience is highly regarded, and we'll provide additional training if required.
Deswik.CAD experience is advantageous – we can develop this skill with you.
