Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the merchandising and opening/closing store preparation, cutting and wrapping of fruit and vegetables.
Additionally, they will assist with stock management, refrigerating stock, stocktaking, prep for next day and general upkeep and cleaning of work areas.
* Maintaining adequate stock levels, rotating stock and ensuring a well-maintained store presentation.
* Providing exceptional customer service standards.
* Working effectively within a team environment.
* Assisting with deliveries.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the fruit & vegetable industry, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends.
