Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the ICT warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring timely provisioning, deployment, recovery, and compliance of ICT hardware and peripheral equipment across multiple locations.
This role requires strong coordination and supervisory skills to lead and manage the work of Imaging Support Officers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing ICT equipment returns and urgent dispatch requests, particularly for remote and ministerial offices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stock levels and coordinating replenishments in collaboration with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team. They will also need to create and manage ServiceNow transfer orders and dashboards to maintain accurate asset tracking.
Liaising with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow is also a key requirement of this role. Additionally, the Logistics Officer will coordinate urgent shipping requests and manage consignment tracking and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records
* Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations, including imaging, dispatch, and returns of hardware assets
* Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, and dashboard creation
* Experience supervising technical support staff and coordinating logistics across multiple locations
* Familiarity with shipping portals and consignment tracking
* Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including ICT Service Desk, Procurement, Projects, VIP teams, and Security
