ISB delivers solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics, and digital engagement in Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty insurance markets.
This role is a Leadership position as an Eligibility Team Leader. You will guide, support and develop a team responsible for eligibility decision‐making within a fast‐paced and highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve strong performance and quality outcomes.
* Provide guidance on eligibility decisions and ensure compliance with legislative and business requirements.
* Support team members through complex decision‐making and problem solving.
* Monitor performance, identify development needs and drive continuous improvement.
* Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Workers Compensation, Personal Injury Management, or a closely related sector.
* Demonstrated leadership or people‐management capability (or strong potential and readiness to step into leadership).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.
* Confidence navigating complex matters and supporting others through them.
