An established ACT builder developer that prides itself on providing an inclusive and supportive team culture requires an experienced Foreman to work on a $250M+ Multi Highrise project.
Your new role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring that all on-site activities meet project milestones and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervise the execution of all project phases, from structural work to finishing trades.
* Manage subcontractors and conduct toolbox talks.
* Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Aid in the creation and implementation of short-term work schedules.
* Communicate with various stakeholders, including the client.
* Maintain a safe site in compliance with WHS standards.
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally, you will be a skilled tradesperson.
* Proven experience working on commercial projects, ideally on both structures and finishing packages
* Ability to problem-solve and interpret detailed drawings;
* Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality construction projects
