Maintenance Coordinator Job Summary
Maintenance coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of maintenance services across the region. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing teams and contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support multiple teams in civil maintenance
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a positive and productive work environment
* Coordinate cyclic and reactive maintenance works to meet safety and quality standards
* Engage and manage contractors to deliver services on time and within budget
* Provide expert advice and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant field, hold a current Class C Driver's Licence, and possess a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent qualification. You will also need to be willing to participate in an after-hours on-call roster and have a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for the community.
