Dyers Distribution, a family‑owned company since 1932, is looking for an entry level Administration Officer to join our Morwell office starting Wednesday 7 January, 2026 .
Position: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work and on‑call duties outside usual hours as needed.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with staff and drivers
* Ensuring all drivers' timesheets are compliant
* In‑house scanning of timesheets / run sheets / PODs
* Filing and general administration duties
* Operational support
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality of work
* Accurate data handling skills
* Ability to cope with high‑volume workload
* Exceptional time‑management, organisational and coordinating skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to learn different software systems
* Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
