Must have a minimum of 4 years of Australian construction industry experience or completed your tertiary qualification in full in Australia.

About the Role:

As our new Senior Site Services Engineer, you will support project delivery by coordinating and managing building services and engineering installations, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and timeframes. You'll work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that every element—from planning to commissioning—is carried out to the highest standard.

Duties include:

* Manage technical, commissioning, and engineering components throughout all project phases.
* Coordinate and monitor service-related deliverables, including drawings, samples, test reports, and compliance documentation.
* Assist in developing commissioning plans and ensuring timely completion of all commissioning actions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver services in line with project timelines and specifications.
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
* Support project close-out, including delivery of manuals, training, and maintenance planning.

About You:

* Must have a minimum of 4 years of Australian construction industry experience or completed your tertiary qualification in full in Australia.
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related services trade background.
* Demonstrated experience as a Site Services Engineer in the construction industry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project and document management systems.
* Strong client-facing communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and time-management skills.
* Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements:

* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* White Card
* First Aid Certification (desirable)
* Working with Children 9or willing to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test

As our people are required to attend government, health and education facilities and construction sites, it is a condition of employment for this role, that the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, background police check and working with children clearance is adhered to.
