Founding CSM – Construction-Tech | $100K - 120K base salary | Melbourne
Join one of Australia's fastest-growing construction tech startups as a founding Customer Success Manager.
Reporting into an experienced Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for:
* Managing up to 75 SMB construction clients across Australia with a focus on driving relationships with small business owners, adoption and renewals.
* Working closely with internal teams including Support, Product, and the Onboarding team to resolve client issues quickly and maintain high service standards
* Using data to identify potential churn risks early and take proactive steps to keep accounts healthy.
* Getting out into the field and visiting client offices to build rapport and see how the software is used in real-world conditions.
* Championing your clients internally, ensuring their feedback influences product decisions while maintaining realistic expectations.
* Developing strong industry knowledge to speak the language of construction professionals and position yourself as more than just a software vendor.
What you'll need to be successful in the role:
* Must have experience working at a startup or scaleup
