**Duties**
- Assisting customers via phone, in person and via electronic services.
- Assist in accessory sales
- Assisting with inventory and stock control.
- Send and receive deliveries.
- Build effective customer relationships
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the retail shop
- Maintain high OH&S standards
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work as part of a great team.
**Skills and experience**
- Proactive and driven to exceed customer expectations
- Upbeat personality
- Have experience in the automotive industry / Caravan / Marine
- Excellent communication and phone manners.
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Experience using CRM system
