Position Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a General or Provisional Psychologist
* Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number, or active progression toward eligibility
* Legal right to work in Australia
* Ability to meet all role requirements within the relevant Award classification
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services to individuals with moderate to severe and complex mental illness, and/or to therapeutic groups
* Experience collaborating with, or providing clinical updates to, GPs and other Allied Health professionals
* Sound understanding of the mental health sector, including current reform agendas across primary care, tertiary services, and non-government organisations
* Well‐developed verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and collaborative problem solving
* High level clinical documentation skills with strong attention to detail
* Effective problem‐solving abilities, supporting evidence based clinical decision making
* Proficiency in the use of computers and clinical software systems, including Microsoft programs
* Demonstrated alignment with the organisation's values
* Commitment to delivering high quality, consistent, and continuous health services to local communities
