Job Description

Duties of the role include:
* Case management (caseloads are manageable, with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to handle administrative tasks)
* Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
* Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
* Completing assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
* Delivering our virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery

Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, or Exercise Physiology
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders
* Compassion, kindness, and empathy
* Strong time management skills
* Valid Driver's License, access to own car, and comprehensive insurance
