About The Role:
AGL is currently seeking a committed Activation Specialist to become an integral part of our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the activation of our customers' mobile and NBN services. This involves proactively reaching out to customers to address any concerns or challenges they may encounter during the onboarding process.

What you’ll be doing:
* Working with Service delivery team to clarify order details.
* Provide ongoing feedback to the Activation Team Leader
* Manage complex orders.
* Make outbound calls to customers with stalled telco orders.
* Provide a high CX from order to activation.

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and be self-reliant.
* Good computer literacy
* Strong attention to detail and to pass on/record information with clarity and accuracy.
* A Team Player with a positive attitude.
* Ability to problem solve effectively, with a flexible attitude.
