A thriving cleaning services business in the Warragul region is seeking a hands-on Operations & Client Services Manager to oversee daily operations and continue our reputation for exceptional service. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in staff management, client relations and small business administration who enjoys variety and autonomy. The position is mostly home-based; site visits will be needed primarily for client walkthroughs, inspections and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for commercial and residential clients, ensuring efficient use of staff and resources. Maintain quality control through site visits and inspections.
* Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, conducting walkthroughs, preparing quotes and nurturing relationships.
* Team Management: Mentor and support a team of cleaners. Foster a positive work environment, oversee performance and handle scheduling.
* Administration & Support: Manage incoming phone calls and assist occasionally with record-keeping.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor service standards and address any issues to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.

About You

* Proven experience in operations management, hospitality or facilities services (cleaning industry experience an advantage but not essential).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities; comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders.
* Organised and able to coordinate schedules and oversee tasks efficiently.
* Flexible and willing to be hands-on when required to maintain service standards.
* A valid driver’s licence is essential; a company vehicle will be available for site visits.
