What the Role Involves
As our Junior Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the office and projects running smoothly. No two days are the same, you'll provide project admin support, assist multiple team members, and organise flights, accommodation, and travel for staff across the NT.
You'll love this role if you:
• Are organised, reliable, and pick things up quickly
• Enjoy working in a supportive, fun team environment
• Are confident with computers and communication, with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Want to learn and grow in a hands-on, fast-paced role
Key Responsibilities:
• General admin and project support
• Booking flights, accommodation, and travel for teams
• Managing project documents, schedules, and correspondence
• Keeping the office organised and helping the team run smoothly
