Schwarz Excavations is seeking experienced Hi-Rail GPS Grader Operators to join our team and contribute to major civil, rail, and infrastructure projects across Queensland. About the role
* Assist with maintenance of rail track infrastructure
* Operate Grader in compliance with network‐specific standards and operational procedures
* Follow all site, client and Schwarz safety policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
* Support a safety‐first culture through proactive participation
* Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
Skills and experience
* RIW (Rail Industry Worker)
* Relevant Operator Ticket
* GPS Grader Experience
* Experience in High Rail Operations
* Construction Induction (White Card)
* C Class Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessmentli>
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
