The Role
We are looking for a Practice Nurse Manager for this full‐time position to join our Wyoming practice to provide leadership and operational management to a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. In this role you will work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain efficiency of the Treatment Room while training and mentoring clinical staff.
The Tasks
* Provide leadership and effective management to a team of nurses
* Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary
* Coach, train, and mentor the team, so that they can deliver the best clinical outcomes to all patients
* Maintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice procedures
* Assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans and reviews
* Work alongside the Practice Manager to understand the levers of profit and loss within the practice and manage their teams accordingly
The Successful Candidate
* Proven leadership and management experience
* Registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* A passion for people and a personable approach
