The aim of the program is to help them become more competitive in their local labour market. But that's not it, we lift people up, supporting them in employment, independence and improved wellbeing.
**What you will be doing**:
As an Employability Skills Facilitator, you will be delivering, facilitating and administer engaging training and support services for our jobseekers.
Manage engaging group training sessions to jobseekers, both online and face to face
Supporting and guiding participants identify their skills, abilities and secure employment
Developing career development plans for our participants
Organising, planning, implementing and facilitating training programs for our participants
Building relationships with local employers and community organisations
Booking in Industry guest speakers to share their knowledge with Participants
Travelling to deliver Training around the local Region from time to time
Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
To be considered, you will have...
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
RSA certificate (desirable)
