Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Placement Assistant Faculty of Medicine and Health
* Continuing, full-time
* $ 71,725 to $ 77,668 (HEO4) + 17% super
* Salary packaging options available

About the role

An opportunity exists within the Faculty of Medicine and Health for a Placement Assistant to provide administrative support to clinical placements of students predominately in the School of Health. The Placement Assistant plays an integral role in the student experience, providing information to students, assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks, exercising initiative, judgment, integrity and diplomacy.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Completion of a diploma level qualification; or completion of a Certificate IV with relevant work experience; or completion of Certificate III with extensive relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Advanced level of computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
* High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

The successful candidate for this position will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check.
