A background in spa therapies is welcomed but not required for this role, as we encourage applicants eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, tanning and make-up.
* Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and client amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
* Assist with reception duties including bookings, enquiries and end-of-day procedures.
* Monitor product levels and support financial management processes.
* Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa attendance and revenue.
* Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development.

What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (or equivalent).
* Completion of Spa Branded academy training.
* Extensive experience in a spa environment ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
* Occupational Health and Safety certification and Level 2 First Aid (training may be provided).
* Multi-modality qualifications and previous shift work experience.
Flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on-call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
