Overview

This role will assist the Director of the Face to Face Leasing team through the delivery of strategic and high quality leasing solutions, which support the business objectives of Services Australia's (the agency's) transformation of face-to-face services. This includes identifying and implementing property footprint solutions, as well as working with commercial providers such as landlords and the agency's property provider.

Responsibilities

• Managing a geographical lease portfolio which includes identification of sites and negotiations with existing and recent landlords.
• Ensuring leasing transactions are completed in a timely manner, with a high level of quality and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Leading and developing a small team of staff to deliver on the agency's face-to-face property transformation agenda.

Work Environment

The role may require travel to inspect sites, which are sometimes in regional Australia and don't have public transport readily available.
