We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team.
About the Role
You will be providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, assisting with daily living activities, community participation, and promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate and respectful support
* Assist with personal care and daily routines
* Support clients in community engagement
* Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
* Build positive relationships with clients and their families
About You
* Proven experience as a Support Worker minimum 1 year experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, empathetic, and patient
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or similar) preferred
* Current First Aid & CPR, Police Check, and Working With Children Check (if required)
* Must have drivers License
* Full comprehensive car insurance
