We're looking for a passionate HR professional to join our People and Culture team and contribute to a supportive and values driven workplace.
In this key support role, you'll assist with a range of administrative tasks and provide employees with clear, timely advice on policies and processes—ensuring they feel informed and supported. You'll also play a key role in supporting core People & Culture functions, with a particular focus on recruitment, reporting and payroll, helping to deliver efficient, people-centred services across the employee lifecycle.

As the successful candidate you will have:
* A qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with HR software and systems.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on creating effective solutions that benefit both employees and the organisation.
* An enthusiasm for fostering a positive workplace culture through active participation in team initiatives and employee engagement activities.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
* A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
* A current Victorian Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
* A current Driver's Licence (Car).
The salary for this position relates to PACCT 5 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
