My clients specialize in Construction recruitment and are seeking experienced Recruiters in Western Australia for contract and permanent recruitment. Ideally, you will have a background in a specialism within construction with a proven track record of consistent billings. **Unfortunately, these roles will not suit those from a talent acquisition / Internal hiring background.**
**Requirements**:
- Must be based in Australia with working rights
- A minimum of 1 years experience as a **360 recruiter** within Construction (or similar)
- Strong **Business Development**capability and understand how to grow your own desk
- Experience managing and growing a contract desk is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and familiarity with various recruitment strategies.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
